The More I've Learned, The More I've Had to Forget


How many diets have you tried? How many quick fixes, 30 day cleanses, pills, teas, containers, aps, books and seminars have you tired. If you are like me, probably a lot. It sucks. All of it. The diet industry is built on these. They take your money and leave you with only the feeling that you have failed. They suck. You know what the problem with all of these things are?  They assume you are the problem. Guess what. You aren’t. It’s not you, it’s them. 


What exactly do I mean by, “It’s them?”  The whole entire food industry.  Now before you assume I’m writing this from a cabin in the woods with a tinfoil hat on, let me explain.  All your life you’ve been told certain foods are “bad” or “good.”  You’ve been told to avoid XYZ to get healthier but then someone else states that XYZ is needed to be healthier.  There are so many talking heads about what is good and bad it’s all like a tragic funhouse of misinformation.  So what are we to do?  


Let's get back to the basics. That’s what I’m all about. Sure there may be things out there that are the “next big thing.” But I focus on what is tried and true. What is proven science? Not just some study that was cherry picked by a marketing team to sell something that will provide profits for some giant corporation. 


I tried for YEARS to lose body fat, to be healthier. I failed. I thought I was missing something, missing out on the one thing that would magically make it all click into place. I searched and spent so much time, money, energy and heartache. But the thing is, most times what people have thought was magic, can be explained by science. When I found out what it actually takes to get healthier, that it’s not magic and not beyond my reach, I felt like Issac Newton discovery gravity, Thomas Edison figuring out how to harness electricity. It was like the veil had lifted and there was an entire world that I had discovered. 


Now, my mission is to help as many people know that they can do it. They can become healthier. They can do it without going to extremes. There is proven science behind the science of fat loss. It’s not magic. It’s real and it’s doable. You can do it. You can change your life. I’ll be here to help you and guide you through the process.
